All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Quotes and estimates are valid for the date of inspection and are subject to change if the scope of work changes during service. Final payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Our Price Match Guarantee applies to verified written quotes from licensed competing shops in the North York and Greater Toronto Area for comparable services and parts. We reserve the right to verify the competing quote before matching it.
5. Warranties on Services
Tire Choice Auto Centre stands behind its work. Warranty terms vary by service type and parts used. Your service advisor will provide applicable warranty information in writing at the time of service completion. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow post-service instructions provided by our technicians.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, Tire Choice Auto Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service performed shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles left on our premises beyond normal business hours unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.
